Can't add a new node to the cluster due a certificate error in Aria Operations

Issue/Introduction

The error message "Unable to query the certificate chain, Verify that the certificate is valid and try again." is appearing when trying to add a new node to the cluster in Aria Operations.

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.x

Resolution

Please make sure that the new node is being deployed by using the OVF image in vCenter.
Do not use an existing image from the Content Library in vCenter.
