Issue/Introduction

Enquired about integrating 3rd party Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform with Aria Automation or Looking for an alternate for VMware Identity Manager with Aria Automation.

Resolution

VMware Aria Automation does not support third-party Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions for authentication. VMware Aria Automation relies on vIDM for managing authentication and user identities. Third-party IAM platforms are not supported for SSO integration. The recommendation is to use VMware Identity Manager (vIDM) for Single Sign-On (SSO) integration with VMware Aria Automation.
