Azure budget does not show up in filters under Forecasting tool

Issue/Introduction

The Azure budget not appearing within the Forecasting reporting is due to amortization not being supported in those reports.

Resolution

If you would like to see a budget appear within Forecasting, uncheck the "Budget includes amortization" flag and that saved budget will appear within Forecasting.
