Impact of enabling "Block Public Access" S3 bucket settings within AWS console

Issue/Introduction

Creating a private S3 bucket at the AWS console end by selecting the "Block Public Access" setting will not impact cost ingestion into the CloudHealth as long as the IAM role grants the platform access permissions to that bucket.
