etcd does not start due to missing peer.key file

Issue/Introduction

etcd service is not starting caused by a missing or incorrect peer.key file.

 

Resolution

To recreate peer.key

1. make sure service hypercrypt service failed to start.
   systemctl status hypercrypt

   Review logs:
   journalctl -xeu hypercrypt | less
   
   
2. Then reboot the node

After that, peer.key file should be created
