OOB Notification for MUX Action Items URL does not lead to the intended destination

Issue/Introduction

Action Items notification URL format is incorrect and when clicking it does not open My Workspace Action Items in the new user experience as expected.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Go to Administration and Notifications. Open Action Item for New UX:
   Notification Name: Action Item
   Notification ID: ACTION_ITEM_LIBRARY
   Description: Notification from the Action Items Library in the new user experience
2. Under the Notification Body click the binoculars, which gives these Links:
   Action Item Property Page
   Action Item Details Page
3. Select both and click "Add" & "Save"
4. Open a Project in Modern UX, go the activity that triggers an Action Item notification.
5. A notification is received with a clickable link
6. Hover over "Click Here" to view the destination: /pm/#/myworkspace/actionItems&tenantId=clarity
7. When you click the link it does not lead to My Workspace Action Items

Expected Results: The item should correctly lead you to MUX My Workspace Action Items (/pm/#/myworkspace/actionItems)
Actual Results: The Action Item notification is not working, instead it takes you to MUX projects (/pm/#/projects)
Workaround: Hardcode link

Resolution

DE168477 is fixed in Clarity 16.3.3.
