Environment

VMware vSphere ESXi 7.x

VMware vSphere ESXi 8.x 

Cause

One or more VMs in the ESXi host are still using the EMC recovery point replication.

Resolution

Consult the vendor documentation to unconfigure the VMs from the recovery point and proceed to remove the software.
