SDDC deployment through CloudBuilder fails with [FAILED] Task: MonitorDeploymentTask: Monitoring Deployment. vCenter fails to deploy.

Cause

NTP servers are unreachable by the vCenter that was deployed. 

Resolution

Ensure the NTP servers are reachable via the network/portgroup that VC is configured to use upon deployment.
