Issue/Introduction

Unable to upgrade Workload Automation DE SOAP Web Services 12.2  to 12.4 version. The 12.4 setup.bin has no option to upgrade to 12.4 version.

Environment

Workload Automation DE 12.x

Resolution

Workload Automation SOAP Web Services, Stand-alone CLI utility, and Desktop Client do Not support in-place upgrade.

You will need to proceed with the fresh installation of the 12.4 version.
