Issue/Introduction

Given a list of Project Codes, how can a list of Tasks and Resource allocations be obtained against it?

Resolution

Home -> Resources -> {Specific Resource record} -> Allocations tab. This will provide a list of all Projects against which a specific resource is allocated. This information will have to be obtained manually one by one, per Resource.

In an automated approach, a list of Project Codes along with Project Allocation can be obtained in one of the following ways:

• A query against the relevant database tables
• Using REST API
• Using XOG
