Deleting segment fails with NSX Error Message: [Cannot execute request].

Issue/Introduction
When deleting the VRA deployment with NSX components, delete request is failing with error similar to :
Deleting segment [vm_dvlan100].: NSX Error Message: [Cannot execute request].
The deployment status is changing to "Delete Failed" and the network0 from the deployment is still available.
The following error message is found within the log below

Cause
The endpoint within Aria Automation 8.x has a certificate that is not accepted.
Resolution
Re-trust the certificate by re-validating the NSX Cloud Account and the associated endpoints.
Additional Information
It might occur when you upgrade your VRA and NSX endpoint was added a while back, with old VRA version.
