Importing large (greater then 100GB) OVA fails. TimedoutException

Issue/Introduction
When attempting to transfer files from a legacy environment to a new upgrade to 10.6. Large OVA files (over 100GB) fail with TimedoutException error in task debug.
Smaller OVA files will upload with no issue.
Environment
VCD 10.6
Cause
Importing large (greater then 100GB) OVA fails. TimedoutException.
This is possibly due to a network or customer environment issue
Resolution
Workaround:
- Export from source vCenter to OVF Template
- Import to target vCenter
- Import to target Cloud Director
