Cannot see only user created panels in /PANELS in Netmaster 13.0

Issue/Introduction

In prior versions when we used to do /panel we would only see our customized panels list. Now in Netmaster 13.0 it lists all of the panels - distributed and  customized. We only want to see customized panels.

Environment

Netmaster 13.0

Cause

Change from VSAM to PDS for panel definitions going from Netmaster 12.2 to 13.0

Resolution

Because the panels are now contained in a PDS as opposed to a VSAM file, the /PANELS display simply shows everything, but you will note that there is no update option. So if you want to view a panel, you will need to know what you are looking for.

Using the /DATASET option can help you more easily locate any member in your PANLUSR so you can search on it in the list.

If you want to browse or update content in just your PANLUSR, you can either use the /DATASET option or you can make the changes in TSO - it is now more like handling a proc. 
To refresh any changes, issue UNLOAD PANEL=name.
