Aria Automation ServiceNow Plugin Not Authenticating Users

Issue/Introduction

The Aria Automation ServiceNow Plugin is not authenticating users, so no one can access Aria Automation forms in ServiceNow.

When users try to access the forms, they get a popup that says "You are being redirected to VMware Aria Automation Cloud Login Page".

Environment

Aria Automation 8.x
ServiceNow Plugin 8.x

Cause

Users do not have the correct roles for access
