Issue/Introduction

When I edit an account in OC / Account admin, I am not able to save the configuration, and I see a corrupt ownership / origin list that includes multiple origins. 

The list of ownership origins looks messed-up and show origins I don't understand. 

Is there a query that shows the list of ownerships offered by the Account Admin?

Resolution

  • Delete the current account and create a new one. 

  • The following query can be used to determine what are the ownerships offered by the Account Admin webapp when creating a new account: 

    select distinct dev_attr_value from CM_DEVICE_ATTRIBUTE where dev_attr_key = 'origin'
