Is it possible to configure Participants/Collaboration Managers from the Modern UX?

Resolution
No. The concept of Participant/Collaboration Manager does not exist in the Modern UX - this is just for Classic UX.
Modern UX is using Blueprint configuration and resource rights to allow access to the Documents module.
