VMware Cloud Foundation 5.x
This is an expected behavior as per current product design.
This issue will be addressed in future VCF releases.
Workaround-
For SDDC Manager update,
For BOM component(Eg. NSX, vCenter, ESXi) updates,
Download the correct bundle using VCF API Unable to download the NSX-T or vCenter Install bundles from the SDDC Manager UI.
Determine the correct bundle name using VMware Cloud Foundation - Upgrade Bundle Details
