vCenter 8 not parsing HTML in RSA Logon Guide

Issue/Introduction
After setting up RSA on vCenter 8 everything works fine but the logon guide does not parse the HTML properly. It shows the <href= and the <br>
Environment
vCenter 8
Cause
A workflow change from vCenter 7 to 8 caused this issue.
Resolution
Future 8.0U3 patch will resolve this issue
