Overwrite catalog item fails

Issue/Introduction

• When attempting to add a template to a catalog and checking the box for 'Overwrite catalog item,' it fails with the error:
  
  'Row was updated or deleted by another transaction (or unsaved-value mapping was incorrect).'

Environment

10.6

Cause

This issue occurs if the template VM has a custom sizing policy present. 

Resolution

This will be resolved in VMware Cloud Director 10.6.1.1

 

Workaround: Delete the existing template from the catalog and upload the new one.
