Recursive stack traces in agent log output indicate ClassNotFoundException

Issue/Introduction

Agent is getting recursive stack traces in its output indicating a missing class (possibly related to SOAP webservice call monitoring).  It’s produced billions of lines of error messages

Resolution

25.2.1 hf agent package resolved the issue
