View changes are not saved when using Group By

Issue/Introduction

Column order change does not save when using 'Group By'

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. In MUX, go to Project grid view
2. Create a new view
3. In the columns make sure there are 4 or 5, Manager being one of them.
4. Group by Manager
5. Save View
6. Now put Project Name as the first column
7. Save View
8. Navigate to the Standard View
9. Navigate back to your view.

Expected Results: The changes were saved and Project Name is the first column

Actual Results: The changes were not saved
