Broadcom may delete any file that is stored in an SFTP folder and is older than 30 days or to reduce the amount of storage utilized to conform to the limit specified in the Service Listing.
As a best practices, we recommend to perform regular cleanups and remove any data you no longer need
This will allow for easier management, indexing and performance of the SFTP directory
If you have regular process outputs, we recommend to ensure those are also removed at regular intervals and kept only the amount of time they're needed
Broadcom SAAS team is monitoring the folder size and growth to ensure best performance
