Your SAAS SFTP folder has grown in size, what are the best practices for its management?

Clarity SAAS, all Supported versions

Resolution

• Currently there is no expiry or size limit on the SFTP folder in SAAS
• As a best practices, we recommend to perform regular cleanups and remove any data you no longer need
• This will allow for easier management, indexing and performance of the SFTP directory
• If you have regular process outputs, we recommend to ensure those are also removed at regular intervals and kept only the amount of time they're needed 
• SAAS DevOps team is monitoring the folder size and growth to ensure best performance
