Cause
Global permission is not granted to the account that is used to access vCenter Server by Aria Automation.

Content library
To assign a privilege on a content library, an administrator must grant the privilege to the user as a global privilege.

Grant global privilege to the user that is used to access vCenter Server by Aria Automation following the document:
