The CA-Harvest Admin on one client machine was unable to access the Harvest Servers, however other client machines had no such trouble.

- Running the admin tool through the command line is successful.
- Running the executable directly from File Explorer is also successful.
The problem was with corrupted shortcuts.
Uninstall all Harvest components on the computer and manually clean all the shortcuts and residual files. Then re-install Harvest Client and any other Harvest components that are needed.
