Timesheet throws message when entering hours

Issue/Introduction

When entering hours in timesheet with decimal in starting, eg. ".5", it shows message as "Invalid Number for Time Recording".

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to New UX
2. Navigate Timesheets -> Select any resource -> add task
3. Enter Time as “.5” (any number starting with dot (.) )

 

Expected Result: Hours should be entered without any error

Actual Result: Error message pops up when entering hour
