Apps Manager is slow since upgrading to TAS version 6.0.10

Issue/Introduction

A user notices slowness with loading and using Apps-Manager after completing upgrade to TAS/TPCF v6.0.10. 

Cause

This behavior (Appsman slowness) has been attributed to some performance issues with the Apps Manager version itself (677.0.60), that is packaged with TAS v6.0.10.

Resolution

1. Upgrade to TAS/TPCF version to 6.0.11 or greater. There have been several performance improvements made in TAS/TPCF v6.0.11 and greater. The version of apps manager that includes these improvements is 677.0.63.
2. If still experiencing the issue(s) after upgrading to TAS/TPCF v6.0.11 or greater, then open a Broadcom ticket with Tanzu Support for assistance.

Additional Information

This particular appsmanager behavior is not consistent to every TAS v6.0.10 upgrade and has been attributed to how appsman performance code interacts per platform. There were several appsman performance improvements included in TAS/TPCF v6.0.11 and greater to address the multitude of scenarios of how this type of behavior can manifest itself.
