Service Objects Show "Unknown" Status in Service Discovery Adapter After Changing vCenter Adapter Credentials

Issue/Introduction
After updating the vCenter adapter credentials in VMware Aria Operations from administrator@vsphere.local to an Active Directory service account, all service objects within the Service Discovery Adapter show a status of "Unknown."
Environment
VMware Aria Operations 8.18.x
Cause
The newly configured Active Directory service account did not have the necessary permissions within the vCenter/VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environment, leading to the Service Discovery Adapter being unable to retrieve service object data.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, add the Active Directory service account to the VCF admin group
Additional Information
If issues persist after adding the account to the VCF admin group, verify that the account has the necessary privileges within vSphere.
