Issue/Introduction

After replacing the certificate on vCenter and attempting to refresh the integration in Aria Operations for Logs, sometimes the certificate may not import into the certificate store.  The UI's Accept prompt disappears and then immediately reappears.

Environment

Aria Operations for Logs 8.18.x

Cause

Browse to Management>Certificates and check the certificate inventory for expired certificates for that vCenter endpoint.

Resolution

Remove the expired certificates from the certificate store via Management>Certificates and retry the operation to Accept the new certificate from vCenter (Integrations>vSphere>Desired vCenter>Edit, Test Connection>Accept).

Additional Information

The certificate may also be manually imported via PEM format.
