DLP Enforce bulk incident lookups not executing even though the UI displays the green banner error

Issue/Introduction

After executing a bulk lookup on a number of incidents in the DLP Enforce Console you receive the green banner error however the lookups are never actually executed and there is no entry in the history tab of the incident snapshot for the lookup.

Environment

DLP Enforce version 16.1

Cause

The problem is triggered when the lookup request time is equal to the lookup completion time at a millisecond level. 

Resolution

The fix for this issue will be released with DLP version 25.1.

 

Workaround:

Execute the lookup from an individual incident snapshot page in the Enforce Console. Of course, the lookup can only be run one incident at a time in this manner.
