The workflow, "Create IPAM connection", provided by Infoblox may throw an error like "Connection to the IPAM enpoint <SITE>/WAPI: Failed"

Issue/Introduction

Running the "Create IPAM connection" workflow will fail due to an invalid URL for the Infoblox WAPI/CLOUD_AP sites.  Error's will be noted in the workflow run log.

WARNING An error has occurred while checking connection with Infoblox IPAM server. Detail: SSL certificate error. (Workflow:Create IPAM connection / isConnectionOnline (item12)#4)

INFO Connection to the IPAM endpoint [local-infoblox-FQDN/WAPI]: Failed

Aria Orchestrator 8.X

Infoblox Plugin 5.2

Cause

The version of the Infoblox plugin has only two options for connecting to the api sites: WAPI or CLOUD_API, however the local Infoblox server only provides access to the lowercase version of those sites.

Resolution

Download the latest version of the plugin from Infoblox and update it in Aria Orchestrator
