Issue/Introduction

Configuring APM 10.8 Security use LDAPS , fails with "Simple Bind error connecting to LDAPS" 

Environment

APM 10.8 HF6 

Cause

 

RCA:  The certificate is not proper that is being uploaded to the keystore

 

Resolution

Workaround:

1. Tried with apache directory studio  works with the root certs. 
2. Exported those root certs from apache studio.
3. Imported to apm jre keystores.
