Eclipse - Element remains sign out when added to a project

Issue/Introduction
Whenever user retrieve an element from Production environment to a sandbox , the element is systematically signed out in Production.
The production copy remains signed out until separate Sign In action is performed.
Steps taken:
- Search Repository
- Right-click on element name within the Element View
- Select ‘Add to Project’.

Resolution
The reason the element is signed out from production is that the Eclipse client cannot use the same functionality (fetching) as Endevor Quick Edit. The Eclipse Plug-in has to use the RETRIEVE - ADD actions when adding element from higher stage of the map.
To be able to add the element again back to Endevor, retrieve has to be done without the "No Signout" option meaning the element will be signed out to the user.
To workaround sign out the source copy from upper stage or environment , the element can be "added" to the project location by using Generate with Copyback.
