Issue/Introduction

This document provides steps to access the Greenplum Product Lifecycle Matrix while logged into the Broadcom Support Portal. 

Environment

Broadcom Support Portal

Resolution

In order to view the GPDB product lifecycle matrix, you will need to access the your Broadcom Support Portal. After you have logged into the support portal, Click "My Dashboard" and on the right, you will see "Quick Links". Click the Product Lifecycle link. 

 

1. After logging into the support portal, click "My Dashboard". 

 

2. On the right side of the My Dashboard, you will see "Quick Links". Click on the "Product Lifecycle" link. 

 

3. Type VMware Tanzu Greenplum in the search product name box then click show results.
