• Inventory Sync of VMware Identity Manager Services fails with Aria Lifecycle Manager;
• vIDM admin or configadmin password stored in Aria Lifecycle Manager Locker is wrong, which will cause Aria Lifecycle Manager failed to login vIDM with account admin or configadmin;

Cause

vIDM admin or configadmin password stored in Aria Lifecycle Manager Locker is wrong.

Resolution

1. Following the documentation below: create vIDM admin and configadmin password in Aria Lifecycle Manager Locker with correct username and password:
   
   Manage passwords for VMware Aria Suite Lifecycle products
   
   
2. Retry the "Inventory Sync" request with new password;
