VM deployment task stuck on check approval phase

Issue/Introduction

Deployment stuck on check approval for several hours and finally end-up with below error:

"

Failed to process ebs event: SubscriberID: quota-service and SubscriptionID: resource-quota-policy-service-deployment-approval failed with the following error:No reply from blocking subscription Quota enforcement

"

erl_crash.dump generated in rabbitmq folder:

/service-logs/prelude/rabbitmq-ha-0/file-logs/

Reboot all pods but still not work.

Environment

VMware Aria Automation 8.18.x

Cause

Unknown, rabbitmq cluster abnormal

Resolution

After cluster snapshot, reset rabbitmq cluster:

vracli reset rabbitmq --confirm
