Issue/Introduction

After migrating from the Microsoft Partner Center API to the Cost Management API, various data fields like the reservation order ID, region, and subscription ID are no longer populated for MCA type customers.

Resolution

The Data that is received from the Cost Management API is not the same as the previously employed Partner Center API.

The platform does not receive `ReservationOrderid` details in the Cost Management API and the "SubscriptionId" column is also empty for RI items for MCA type.

This is a known limitation from the Microsoft side for MCA customers where the RI purchases, Savings Plan purchases, and Marketplace purchases won't show the subscription ID and other details.

This is already raised as a feature request with MS Product group team but there is no confirmation for when it will be added at this point.  CloudHealth is working as expected with the data provided by the Cost Management API currently in use
