History reports do not exhibit the message prompts that have been configured within the recovery steps of VMware Live Site Recovery.

This situation arises when steps are incorporated into a workflow that does not align with the type of recovery being executed. Each recovery workflow comprises a predefined sequence of steps; therefore, if a message prompt is introduced outside of these specified steps, it will not be recorded in the report.
When you intend to include a message prompt within the Recovery Plan.</p>
1. Select the Recovery Plan.
2. Navigate to the Recovery Steps tab.
3. Adjust the view to the specific type of recovery workflow to which you wish to add the message prompt and configure it accordingly.
By undertaking this action, you can be assured that the prompts will be included in the report.
