Issue/Introduction

After uploading a current certificate to LCM locker, updating the certificate on the VRA appliance produces an error LCMVRACONFIG90039

Environment

Aria Suite Lifecycle Manager 8.x

vRealize Aria Automation 8.x

Cause

When applying a certificate, this is an error stating there is an issue with authenticating with the VRA appliance. 

Resolution

1. Ensure FIPS is enabled in Aria Lifecycle Manager 

2. On the Lifecycle Manager and the VRA appliance, ensure that your root account has not been locked and the root password has not expired and is still valid.
