Error deploying Supervisor cluster in an air-gapped environment

Issue/Introduction

Customer is in a network isolated environment (air-gapped) and is trying to deploy a VKS Supervisor cluster and is getting an error during the deployment.

Cause

The Supervisor servers do reach out across the internet as part of the deployment process so doing the deployment in a network isolated (air-gapped) environment will fail without following the appropriate process.
