Cascade Feature Not Working for Rally Releases and Sprints - I need help creating the rest of the Releases and Sprints or Iterations - timeboxes

Issue/Introduction

I am experiencing an issue with the cascade feature in Rally.  I noticed that even though the "Cascade" option was checked my releases and sprints did not cascade to the child projects as expected.

Here are the details:

• I ensured the "Cascade" checkbox was selected when creating/editing the release/sprint in the parent project, Scum Alliance
• The child projects are correctly nested under the parent project in the workspace hierarchy.
• I saved the changes, but the releases and sprints in the child projects were not updated with the matching name and dates.

Cause

There was an issue with Rally at the time the timeboxes were created that caused this issue.

Resolution

The Timebox Creator custom HTML can be installed either by the customer or support Engineer if Subscription Admin access has been provided.  This Rally application is unsupported.  It can be used to create these timeboxes (Iterations, Sprints and Releases - not milestones).

Instructions for installation:
1. As subscription administrator, log in to the Rally subscription.
2. Click on the desired tab, then + to add a custom page and choose the name "Workspace Permissions" then click "Save & Close".
3. Select the single page layout option, then click "Start adding apps".
4. Scroll down the APP CATALOG and under the "Custom" header select "Custom HTML", then click "Add This App".
5. Select a title such as WS Permissions then cut and paste the html code from the link above into the HTML box and click "Save".
6. The script will run. This make take several minutes depending on the size of the subscription. Once the report completes you can Click on "Export to CSV".
