Issue/Introduction

SRM connectivity is broken.

SRM pairs report below error in the UI.

Unable to retrieve pairs from extension server at https://#.#.#.#:443/drserver/vcdr/vmomi/sdk.Unable to connect to Site Recovery Manager Server at https://#.#.#.#:443/drserver/vcdr/vmomi/sdk. Reason: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused

VMware Site Recovery Manager 8.7

Resolution

A restart of SRM server fixed the issue.
