Issue/Introduction

OAuth warning message which then resolves itself after a few minutes.

"Error Recoverability VMC OAuth app' status transitioned from GOOD to CRITICAL"

Environment

VLCR 7.27.x 

Cause

The Orchestrator(IRR) runs a health check every 5 minutes to get PG health. Unfortunately in some rare scenarios health status may not be reported by CDVX within 60 seconds due to other workflows running.
In such scenarios, Orchestrator does not get the health status and considers the PGs to be in CRITICAL state.
When reports back the health, PG status changes back to normal. 

Resolution

This is fixed in version 7.28.x. 

 

Additional Information

The health status timeout value will be increased to 10 minutes from 60 seconds.
