Issue/Introduction

NAPP Deployment failing at the "Deploy TKGs" phase with the below error:

"Common to all instances: Failed to enable management cluster due to error: POST https://example.com/api/vcenter/namespace-management/clusters/example-domain?action=enable: 500 Internal Server Error. Please check if the TKG license has expired and renew the license if needed."

Environment

All NAPP Versions.

Cause

This is due to an expired "Evaluation" License still mapped to the Supervisor.

To validate the same navigate through vCenter -> Hamburger Menu -> Administration -> Licensing -> Licenses -> Assets -> Supervisors

Resolution

Select the license, assign the valid VCF license/vsphere with Tanzu license, and re-try deploying the NAPP components, the deployment process should go through successfully.
