'Undefined' error while previewing project status report

Issue/Introduction

• Modern UX is under consideration
• Navigation is done to the 'Status' tab -> 'Preview' button
• 'Undefined' message comes up in the UI
• Following message is thrown in the app-ca.log:
  Export2PDFService: Bad status from service for /project/7777777/status/99719996: Service Unavailable
• There are missing values against 'Size' and 'Orientation' fields in the pop-up that is opened
• These can however be set without any problem
• The report itself can also be downloaded without any problem.

Cause

• There are custom jars in this system, that might be interfering with the OOTB functionality.

Resolution

• Test in a non-production system with vanilla folder structure. If the issue is not reproducible using a vanilla folder structure, then the custom jars will have to be debugged, and changes made appropriately to custom functionalities, to not interfere with OOTB functionalities.
