Perspective based Cost History reports reporting assets as "Assets Not Allocated" despite already being allocated to the perspectives

Issue/Introduction

This is likely due to a delay from perspective allocation to when it will appear in Cost History reporting.

Resolution

As soon as assets are allocated to a perspective, Cost History reports take about 24-48 hours to display assets as allocated.
