Unable to apply changes in the configuration tool after upgrading to 24.1

Issue/Introduction
After upgrading to 24.1 you may notice the Apply and OK buttons are greyed out when attempting to make a change to parameters or logging in the configuration tool.
Environment
AAI 24.1
Cause
The Jobstream run Retention period was increased to 396 days in AAI 24.1 in order to allow for more jobstream runs to show in the "Jobstream Performance Over the Last Year" dashboard.
If you have set the Job Run Maintenance period to less than 396 days, then it will not allow you to update the configuration tool.
The default is 540 days, so you will only see this problem if the default value was lowered.
Resolution
To workaround this, you can either increase the Job Run Maintenance to at least 396 days, or lower the Jobstream Run Maintenance period to equal or less than the Job Run Maintenance days. This will allow you to click Apply and OK.
