DWH_TME_ENTRY.actuals field is rounding

Issue/Introduction

In DWH the table DWH_TME_ENTRY.actuals field is rounding to the whole number

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. On a timesheet make the total actuals for a line be something other than a whole number.

   - My test was to add 1.25 hours for 3 days making the total be 3.75  

  2. Run load data warehouse job.

3. Query the dwh for the timesheet.

   -  select * from dwh_tme_entry where timesheet_key = 5xxxxxx (your timesheet id)

 

Expected Results: The results return 3.75

 

Actual Results: The results return 4

 

Workaround: None

Note: This field was added to DWH_TME_ENTRY in 16.3
