If a user encounters the following error:
E0302000c Item cannot be processed, later version exists or has tag
And can not manually find the latest version
How should we handle this?
All versions of Harvest
Harvest is preventing interaction with this file as it is not the latest version that exists.
There is a built in tool named Find Version that will help.
It is located under the Tools section in the Administrators Tool:
Tools > Find Version
Ensure all the Context Settings are correct (Broker, Project, State, etc)
Populate the Name and View Path sections with the file name and the tool should be able to find the latest version
Some tweaking of the search settings may be necessary based on the specific environment
