Unable to create Deduplication and Compression policies on ESA datastore.

Issue/Introduction
When trying to create storage policy with deduplication & compression on vSAN ESA 8.0, an error will display "Datastore does not match current VM policy. Expected space efficiency of datastore does not match with disk groups space efficiency configuration"
Environment
VMware vSAN ESA 8.0
Cause
Deduplication is not available in the vSAN Express Storage Architecture 8.0 (ESA), only Compression.
Resolution
Deduplication is planned to be available in a later release of ESA in the future.
