Issue/Introduction

When upgrading VC with VCHA enabled at Windows OS, after submitting stage 1 task, it stopped at 0% with below error message.

Cannot parse locator:vi://<VC-IP>:443nullhostnull
Installer log files are located at C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Temp\vcsaUiInstaller

A problem occurred during installation

Cause

DRS should be enabled.

Resolution

Enable DRS at the cluster where VCHA VMs are.
